Eight services. All run in-house from our Ballygunge office, which means the person building your site is down the corridor from the person writing your ads.
This page tells you what each service covers, who it suits and when it is the wrong choice. If you already know what you need, go straight to the page. If you do not, read the last section.
Search engine optimisation
Getting found when someone in Kolkata searches for what you sell, without paying per click.
Covers: technical audit and fixes, keyword research, on-page optimisation, content, internal linking, Google Business Profile and local search, link building, monthly reporting.
Best for: businesses with a steady stream of people already searching for the service. Clinics, professional services, established retailers.
Not for you if: you need enquiries this month. SEO takes roughly six months to become dependable. Fund ads for the short term and SEO for the long term.
Paid ads
Buying attention on Google, Meta and LinkedIn, and making sure the click has somewhere sensible to land.
Covers: Google Search, Performance Max and Shopping, Meta ads, LinkedIn ads, Amazon ads, ad copy, creative briefs, landing pages, conversion tracking, budget management.
Best for: anyone who needs enquiries in weeks rather than quarters. Launches, seasonal pushes, new locations, testing whether a market exists at all.
Not for you if: your monthly media budget is very small. Below a certain spend the data never accumulates enough to optimise against, and you are better off putting the money into SEO or social.
Google Ads and PPC management →
Social media marketing
The posting, the design, the captions and the replies.
Covers: channel strategy, monthly content calendars, graphic and video design, copywriting, scheduling, community management, paid boosting, reporting on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X.
Best for: brands people look at before they buy. Fashion, food, florals, clinics, personal brands.
Not for you if: you want social to be a direct sales channel from month one. It builds recognition and trust first; sales follow that.
Website development
A site that loads fast, works on a phone and can actually rank.
Covers: competitor analysis, information architecture, design, responsive build, CMS setup so your team can edit, speed work, SEO-ready markup, launch, ongoing updates.
Best for: businesses whose current site is slow, unindexable, unusable on mobile, or impossible to update without ringing a developer.
Not for you if: you only need a landing page for one campaign. We can build that inside a paid ads engagement instead.
E-commerce
Online stores where the catalogue is findable and the checkout does not lose people.
Covers: UI and UX design, product architecture and categorisation, payment gateway integration, product page SEO, speed, store management and maintenance.
Best for: brands selling physical products who have outgrown Instagram DMs and marketplace-only selling.
Not for you if: you have fewer than a handful of SKUs and no plan to grow the range. A good website with an enquiry form may serve you better.
Branding
What your business looks like, sounds like and stands for, written down so it stays consistent.
Covers: brand discovery, positioning, naming and taglines, logo and identity, colour and type systems, corporate identity collateral, social templates, brand guidelines.
Best for: new ventures, businesses that have outgrown a logo made in a hurry, and companies whose materials look like they came from four different firms.
Not for you if: the problem is that nobody can find you. Fix visibility first, then fix the look.
Email marketing
The channel you own, which nobody can take away with an algorithm change.
Covers: list setup and segmentation, welcome and nurture sequences, campaign design and copy, newsletters, automation, deliverability, reporting.
Best for: businesses with repeat purchase, a booking cycle, or a long consideration period. Clinics, e-commerce, education, professional services.
Not for you if: you have no list and no way of building one. Start with a channel that generates contacts first.
Digital marketing strategy
For when you know something is not working but not which thing.
Covers: audit of current channels, competitor review, audience and message work, channel plan, budget allocation, a phased roadmap and the reporting framework to judge it by.
Best for: businesses spending money across several channels with no clear picture of what each one returns.
Which one should you start with?
A rough guide, not a rule.
| Your situation | Start here |
|---|---|
| Nobody finds us on Google | SEO |
| We need enquiries this quarter | Paid ads |
| Our site is slow or embarrassing | Website development |
| We look inconsistent everywhere | Branding |
| We sell products but only on Instagram | E-commerce |
| Our audience is on Instagram or LinkedIn | Social media marketing |
| We have customers but never speak to them | Email marketing |
| We are spending money and cannot tell what works | Digital marketing strategy |
How we price
We do not publish rates, because scope drives cost far more than service type does. A single-location clinic and a national catalogue both want SEO, and the two engagements look nothing alike.
What you get instead: a range on the first call, before you commit to anything, and a written scope with a fixed monthly figure before work starts.
Frequently asked questions
Can I buy one service on its own?
Yes. Every service on this page can be bought separately. Most clients begin with one channel and add others once it is producing enquiries.
Do you charge a retainer or per project?
Both, depending on the work. Ongoing channels like SEO, social and paid ads run as monthly retainers. One-off builds like a website, an e-commerce store or a branding project are quoted as fixed-scope projects.
Do you work with businesses outside Kolkata?
Yes. The office is in Ballygunge and Kolkata clients often visit in person, but work is delivered remotely for clients elsewhere in India.
Which service gives the fastest return?
Paid ads. Campaigns can be live within days and produce enquiries in the first month. SEO, social and email all take longer but cost less per enquiry over time.
Is there a minimum contract length?
SEO engagements need at least six months to be judged fairly, so we scope them that way. Paid ads and social run month to month.
Not sure which service you need?
That is the normal starting point. Call +91 98305 45687 or email info@digikydo.com and we will tell you where to put the first rupee.
