The problem with buying channels separately
Nobody owns the outcome
The ads agency reports on clicks. The SEO freelancer reports on rankings. The social manager reports on followers. Nobody reports on enquiries, so nobody is accountable for them.
The message changes between channels
The ad promises one thing, the landing page says another, the Instagram grid suggests a third business entirely. Customers notice and hesitate.
Budget goes to whoever reports most enthusiastically
Rather than to whatever is producing the cheapest enquiry.
The channels do not help each other
Content written for SEO could feed the newsletter and the social calendar. Search query data from ads should be telling the SEO work what to target. When suppliers are separate, none of that happens.
What our digital marketing service covers
We build a plan and then run it. What sits inside the plan depends on your business, but it is drawn from these:
Strategy and audit
Where you are now: current traffic, current spend, current rankings, current cost per enquiry. What competitors are doing. Where the gap is.
Search engine optimisation
Technical fixes, on-page work, content and local search. The long-term engine.
Paid advertising
Google Search, Performance Max, Meta, LinkedIn and Amazon. The fast lane while the slow work compounds.
Social media marketing
Calendars, creative, copy and community management across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X.
Website and e-commerce
Because every channel above sends people to a page, and that page decides whether the money was wasted.
Email marketing
Sequences, newsletters and automation for the audience you have already paid to acquire.
Branding
The system that keeps all of the above looking like one company.
Reporting and review
Monthly numbers, quarterly decisions about where the budget moves next.
How we build a plan
Step 1: A long-term plan
When we build a digital marketing strategy, it spans at least six months. Organic traffic takes time to flow, and a three-month plan forces short-term decisions that cost more later.
Step 2: Execution across every relevant channel
Blogs, SEO, video, social, ads, email. We use the channels that suit your audience rather than the ones that are fashionable.
Step 3: Observation and correction
We analyse whether the campaign has worked and adjust. Some channels underperform. Saying so early is the job.
What we do not promise
Worth putting in writing, because the market is full of the opposite.
- No guaranteed rankings. Google does not sell them.
- No guaranteed lead numbers before we have seen your data. Anyone quoting a number in a first meeting is guessing.
- No fixed rate card. Scope drives cost. You get a range on the first call and a written figure before work starts.
- No lock-in on the channels that should be flexible. SEO needs six months to judge. Ads and social run month to month.
What you do get: a written scope, monthly reporting in numbers that relate to your business, and a direct line to the people doing the work.
Who this suits
Kolkata SMEs with a marketing budget and no marketing department
You need the function, not a full-time hire. This is that.
Clinics and healthcare groups
A large part of our client list, including Jain Hospital Howrah, Arton Clinics, MCKV Health and Charring Cross. Healthcare needs local search, review management, appointment-focused ads and careful claim handling, all coordinated.
Product and lifestyle brands
Anges in fashion, The Botanists Story in florals. Brands where social, e-commerce and paid work only make sense together.
Founder-led and personal brands
Nehha Nhata. One person's visibility, treated with the same rigour as a company's.
Technology businesses
Invict IQ. Longer sales cycles, narrower audiences, more weight on content and LinkedIn.
How budget gets allocated
There is no universal split, but there is a sensible way to think about it.
Early, with no organic visibility: most of the budget goes to paid ads to generate enquiries now, with a fixed amount ring-fenced for SEO and content so that in six months you are not still renting every click.
Mid-stage, with organic traction: the balance shifts. Ads focus on the terms where you cannot rank organically. SEO takes over the rest.
Mature: ads defend high-intent commercial terms and support launches. Organic, email and social carry the base load, and cost per enquiry falls.
We tell you where you sit and why, and we revisit it every quarter.
What reporting looks like
Not a screenshot of impressions.
- Enquiries, by channel
- Cost per enquiry, by channel
- Revenue attributed where the data allows
- Rankings for the terms that convert, not the vanity ones
- What we changed this month and what we expect it to do
- What underperformed and what we are doing about it
